CoverIQ is an AI-powered health insurance advocacy tool designed to help individuals understand their health benefits, identify potential billing errors, and navigate insurance claims. CoverIQ is currently in pre-launch and the full product is not yet publicly available. These Terms govern your use of our waitlist website and any pre-launch communications.

When the full product launches, CoverIQ will connect to health plan data through authorized third-party APIs — including those provided by health plans participating in CMS-mandated interoperability programs such as CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield — to retrieve claims, benefits, and coverage information on your behalf. Access to this data requires your explicit authorization and is governed by our Privacy Policy.

CoverIQ is not a licensed insurance broker, healthcare provider, or legal advisor. Nothing on this website constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting your health or finances.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for users in the United States. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in other jurisdictions.

By submitting your name and email address to join our waitlist, you consent to receive emails from CoverIQ about product updates, early access invitations, and related announcements. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, a specific position in the queue, or any particular launch timeline.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of CoverIQ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

The CoverIQ name, logo, and product names are trademarks of CoverIQ. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Service.

It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed insurance professional, healthcare provider, or attorney. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Service.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COVERIQ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoverIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
